What personal information we collect — and why

We only collect information that helps us deliver our programmes and services properly.

Contact details (name, email address, phone number)

Collected when you opt in to receive The Results Ritual™ PDF or enrol in Foundations First. Used to deliver what you signed up for, send session reminders and workbooks, and communicate about the programme.

Payment details

Processed securely through Stripe. We do not see, store, or handle your card details — Stripe manages all payment data directly. We only receive confirmation that a payment has been made.

Pre-enrolment diagnostic responses

A short questionnaire completed after enrolling in Foundations First. Used to understand your starting point before Session 1 so the programme is relevant to your actual situation.

Post-session pulse survey responses

3–4 questions after each live session. Used to improve the programme in real time and ensure it is delivering value.

Website usage data

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people find and use our sites — including pages visited, time on site, and general location. We also use a Meta (Facebook) Pixel to run targeted advertising and remarketing to people who have visited our sites. Neither tool identifies you personally.

Who we share your information with

We use a small number of trusted third-party platforms to operate our business. Your information may be passed to:

Funnel Launch — email marketing, CRM, and automation platform. Stores your contact details and manages our email sequences.

Stripe — secure payment processing.

Zoom — hosts our live sessions. You will receive a Zoom link via email after enrolment.

Google (GA4) — website analytics.

Meta (Facebook Pixel) — ad targeting and remarketing (once live).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with any party outside this list.

We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
