1. About these terms
These terms govern your enrolment in Foundations First — Your Roadmap to Survive & Thrive, offered by Year One Agent (ABN: Paul Caine 4716 351 8651), a real estate education business based in Victoria, Australia.

2. What is included
Your enrolment in Foundations First includes:
4 weekly live sessions delivered via Zoom on confirmed dates
A PDF workbook delivered to your inbox before Session 1
A pre-enrolment diagnostic questionnaire
Post-session pulse surveys after each session (3–4 questions approx in each)
Sessions are recorded for training and education purposes. Your attendance in a session confirms your permission for this recording process.
3. Price and payment
The enrolment fee for Cohort 1 is A$497 (AUD), inclusive of GST
The Registration fee for the monthly Q & A workshop is A$27 (AUD) per session.
Payment is made in full at the time of enrolment via Stripe. No payment plan is currently available.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with your workbook and program details.
4. Delivery
Sessions are delivered live via Zoom on the confirmed cohort dates, which will be communicated to you at enrolment. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend on those dates before enrolling.
Your PDF workbook will be delivered via your welcome email following successful payment.
5. Guarantee and refund policy
Year One Agent stands behind this program. If you attend all four live sessions and do not finish with a clear roadmap for your first year in real estate, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee:

Confirm that you attended all four sessions
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Outside of this guarantee, no refunds are available once enrolment is confirmed and the workbook has been delivered.
6. Intellectual property
All program content, frameworks, and materials — including The Critical Three™, Surgeon vs Intern, Relationship Bank, and My Town — are owned by Year One Agent and protected under Australian intellectual property law.
You are welcome to apply these frameworks in your own real estate career. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or teach these materials to others, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Year One Agent.
7. Results disclaimer
Year One Agent will deliver the program as described. However, individual results will vary depending on your own effort, circumstances, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Any examples of earnings, income, or career outcomes referenced in our marketing materials are illustrative only. They are not promises, guarantees, or representations of what you will achieve.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Year One Agent's liability to you in connection with this program is limited to the amount you paid for your enrollment.
Year One Agent is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your participation in the program or use of the materials.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
10. Changes to the program
Year One Agent reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session scheduling or program content where necessary. You will be notified of any material changes as soon as practicable.
